What happens to your details
This page covers the early access form on askalbert.com.au. It's short because we collect very little.

Who we are
askalbert.com.au is a small project based in Brisbane, Australia. It's building Albert, a Stoic coach that works in Telegram. When this page says "we", it means the person who runs askalbert.com.au.
What we collect
When you request early access, we keep:
- your first name, last name and email address
- which wearable you use
- what you want to work on, if you fill that in
- when you signed up
- where you came from: a campaign tag in the link you followed, or the website that sent you
- which version of the consent line you saw under the form
We don't keep your IP address with your signup. askalbert.com.au sets no cookies, and there are no ads or tracking scripts on it.
Please don't put health details in "What do you want to work on?". A few words about a goal is plenty.
Why we collect it
Only to contact you about Albert's early access: to invite you when a spot opens, or to answer you if you write to us. We don't send marketing and we don't sell or share your details.
Who sees it
Only the person who runs askalbert.com.au. Nobody else has access to the list.
Where it's kept
The list is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, with Oceania set as its home region. When you sign up, a message with your name, email, wearable and what you want to work on is sent to a private Telegram chat, so we know someone joined. Cloudflare and Telegram may process data outside Australia.
To keep bots out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at your browser when you submit. Cloudflare also counts visits to this site without cookies.
How long we keep it
Until early access ends, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your details
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting removes your row from the list completely. Use the button below and tell us which you'd like.
If you're not happy with how we handled your request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
