- What will challenge you today?
- How would your ideal self respond?
- What's actually in your control?

Stoic coaching in Telegram, powered by your journal and your wearable. Albert reads your sleep, your HRV and your words, and says something when they don't add up.
Treat your mind like a system worth tuning.
Stoic philosophy is the operating manual, your data is the feedback loop, and Albert is the engineer on call.
01 · How it works
Albert messages you on a fixed rhythm. Tap to answer, type, or send a voice note. Skip a day and he won't sulk.
Last night's recovery first. Then three questions:
Type it or send a voice note. Albert replies straight away, grounded in a specific principle. Not a horoscope.
Wins, lessons, and one adjustment for tomorrow. Seneca called it the evening audit. Albert calls it 20:30.
02 · The bit nobody else does
Every morning he weighs your recovery against your own 7-day average, then against your mood and journal. If they agree, he leaves you alone. If they don't, you'll hear about it.
body = HRV · sleep · resting heart rate mind = your mood score + journal
You feel rough. Your recovery says you're fine. Your body has more in the tank than your head thinks.
Push. Get moving.Rested and feeling good. Albert has nothing to add, so he doesn't add it.
… stays quietRecovery down, mood down. Not a day for heroics. Today, less is the plan.
Pull the brake. You feel great. Your HRV and sleep disagree. Albert would like a word.
Protect your rest.Albert is a coach, not a doctor. Nudges are prompts to reflect, not diagnoses.
03 · The operating manual
Stoic exercises from Epictetus, Seneca and Marcus Aurelius. Japanese ideas like ikigai and kodawari. A little neuroscience, used sparingly. Old code, still compiles.
Tag an entry with a module and Albert coaches from it.
04 · Weekly review
Every Sunday Albert looks back at your week: which states came up, which coaching landed, and which principles you've quietly been avoiding.
